As briefly explained at introduction part, there are few
profitable merits to the countries by TPPA.One is that it let countries to export products globally and freely. This is because the free trade agreement force countries to treat overseas companies fairly which means consider it’s as equal to the domestics. If overseas company is much profitable for economy than domestic one, country must consider importing more products from them. This will be a trouble later on, but will talk about it later on.
Another is that USA
is joining the TPPA. USA could be one of a greatest international trade
partner because of it international marketing scale. Joining of America might give
profits to TPPA countries because TPPA countries have a huge chance of gaining
large amount of trade profits by selling products to USA market. Another country
which is interested in joining and also could be great trader is Japan.
However, Japan is still on the process of consideration because what USA expects from
Japan is too much.
Nice posting, you didn't miss out important points. Such as your last sentence where you said 'USA expects from Japan is too much.'
ReplyDeletePersonally, I think that US joined TTPA as the strategical approach to 'scare' China. Because China is expanding its economical influence on countries of ASEAN membership.
It will be rather strange move, if Japan joins TPPA because TPPA is more intense than Japan-USA FTA in many areas including tariff, finance, medical, laboury etc.(Just like NAFTA as Obama said). China recently going through territorial dispute with Asian countries like Philiphines, Vietnam and Japan. And this reflects as symbolical clash over supremacy of Asia against US.
